Postage Details
We combine postage for UK and International orders. A full rate is charged for your first item then a smaller rate for each item afterwards. If there is an excess in the postage payment, we will always refund it when the postage for your order is purchased. UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which during normal times take 2-3 working days. International orders are sent with Royal Mail which during normal times takes 2-3 weeks. International customers have the option of choosing an express courier which will deliver within 3 - 5 days.
We use Parcel Force UK for any large sheet orders.
If you require your order for a certain date, please message us in advance and we will do our best for you.
If your order has not arrived and your concerned, please message using the contact us page and we will reply to you ASAP. Please don’t worry about your orders as we would never leave a customer without.
Returns Policy
Items may be returned if faulty for an exchange or refund. Proof of damage will be required before any item is returned. In the event you no longer require a replacement item we will then provide a refund for the item cost only.
Any items must be returned within 15 days from receipt / 30 days from order date
We do not accept returns on bespoke designs printed or wallpapers that have been custom edited with height etc .
Goods returned should be well packed & must be sent by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged further in transit.
