This is two storied building as ground floor is pub and 1st floor hotel but can be customised.
The item comes as kit without any furniture but we are happy to supply any furniture in any design or customised design.
You can have this item as fully assembled with extra charge only in UK
The kit comes with full assemble instruction and also painting instruction.
Rationalisation is also available with little extra charge
